vegetables and fruits

We should eat at least one of dark green vegetables  and one of orange vegetables everyday such as broccoli, romaine lettuce, spinach and carrots, sweet potatoes and winter squash.


When we eat that we should  prepare with little or no added fat, sugar or salt.


except or put in sugar and salt a little bit.



If you want better life, eat vegetables and fruit.
It makes you better overall health, lower risk of disease,a healthy body weight, feeling and looking better, more energy and stronger muscles and bones.
First of all, eat at lest one dark green which such as broccoli and one orange vegetable which such as carrots, sweet potatoes each day.
There's one condition when you choose vegetables and fruit. You have to avoid fat, sugar or salt.
Enjoy vegetables steamed, baked or stir-fried instead of deep-fried.
