Meat and alternative.

Meat has a lot of proteins. Proteins make people's born strong, so we should eat meat sometime. Also eggs and tofu can supply proteins in stead of meet to our bodies. Eggs and tofu are not high calories, so It is good for the people who want to try diet.
Shelled nuts and seeds have a lot of nutritional values. It can protect many kind of sickness to people.
Legumes is the best ingredient. It can make healthy body and It can protect not to be bald head.
I think we need to eat some food which include proteins.
