milk and alternatives.

For keeping healthy we have to take milk and alternatives every day because our body need to take much of calcium and protein. For example, milk, yoghurt cheese and kefir and so on. If we don't have them, it is cause of beriberi, osteoporosis and skin problems. If you can't drink milk 200cc a day, you can take soymilk or yoghurt at least 100grams a day with fruits as alternatives. Enjoy eating right and keep healthy.






For your heath it is good you eat cereal and bread not exaggeratedly but in aplenty. One day you eat cereal in another bread it is very good you vary. Food Guide Servings is recommending you eat bread which have 35-45g, cold cereal is good in 30g maximum.
